Telehealth guidelines for best experience

At PEACE BE WITH YOU COUNSELING we follow a number of guidelines to improve your overall experience and to better support you. They are designed to make the best of each session for you.

1. You must be in an area where it is private, where you cannot be heard or disrupted.
2. You cannot be driving while having the session. The vehicle must be parked.
3. Please do not do other activities while in session, for example, cooking, exercising, cleaning, etc.
4. You may have a snack during our sessions (no alcohol) as long as it is not distracting.
5. You need to be fully dressed.
6. Please make sure there isn’t any background noise that will interfere with your sessions.
7. If the connection is lost, the counselor will contact you to avoid contacting each other at the same time.
